Who Can You Sponsor?

For U.S. Citizens

As a U.S. citizen, you may petition for: Spouse Children (including married and unmarried children of any age) Parents (if you are 21 years or older) Siblings (if you are 21 years or older)

For Lawful Permanent Residents (Green Card Holders)

As a Green Card holder, you may petition for: Spouse, Unmarried children under 21, Unmarried adult children (21 or older)

Our Family-Based Immigration Services include:

Preparing and submitting Petition for Alien Relative to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), ensuring accuracy and completeness to avoid delays or denials; responding to requests for evidence (RFE) and notice of intent to deny (NOID).

Filing Adjustment of Status application (Green Card application) if your relative is already in the U.S to ensure that they become a Green Card holder without leaving the country.

Assisting with Consular Processing for family members outside the U.S. and helping them navigate complex and changing consular processing requirements through the National Visa Center (NVC) and the U.S. embassy or consulate in their home country. We prepare and submit visa applications and supporting documents, prepare applicants for consular interviews and help address any issues that may arise in the process.

Assisting with Applying for Fiancé(e) Visas (K-1 Visa). If you are engaged to, or in a relationship with, a non-US citizen and wish to bring them to the U.S. to get married, we can help you apply for a K-1 fiancé(e) visa, including filing fiancé(e) petitions, assisting with visa interviews and documentation and obtaining a Green Card after marriage.
